The Meade LXPS 18 Portable Solar Charger is a lightweight solar panel designed for on-the-go use for the Meade LXPS 18 Lithium Power Supply. Adding this powerful and durable charger to your telescope setup means that you can have extended observing sessions in the field. So, whether you are camping, hiking, or at a star party, you will have a tool to help keep your observations going for much longer than you would otherwise.
The panel uses a 1m cable with a DC5521 connection to connect to the Meade LXPS 18 Portable battery. The panels weight 5 lb., and the dimensions are as follows: Folded: 355mm x 290mm x 25mm and Unfolded: 1365mm x 355mm x 4mm.
The Meade LXPS 18 Portable Solar Charger is designed to work with the Meade LXPS 18 Lithium Battery which offers a 222 Watt-hour Lithium-Ion Battery with 12v DC output, ideal for powering your 12v telescope. The battery features a 110V AC inverter to power your laptop or other 110V AC-powered accessory. It also includes 5v USB charge ports and can power multiple electronic devices at the same time, allowing you the ability to multi-task while observing.
